During our first meeting it will be an time for us to get acquainted. It is also an opportunity for me to find out what your needs are and how I can assist. This meeting is called an assessment.

During the assessment I will gather information about the nature of the problem/issue, obtain history, understand your ideologies, what you want to change or improve, what are your short term, intermediate and future goals and how you can go about reaching them.
